How It Works

  2. 2Floor NCs and incidents raise as Intelex events.
  3. 3Near-miss capture flows in from operator screens.

Floor NC raises a QMS quality event
Trigger An NC is opened on the floor
  1. 1Ignite Lean captures the NC with photos, station, build, and disposition.
  2. 2The connector raises it as a quality record in Intelex EHSQ.
  3. 3Intelex EHSQ routes it through its CAPA / investigation workflow.
  4. 4Closure in Intelex EHSQ marks the linked NC as resolved in Ignite Lean.
Quality stays one source of truth; floor and QMS share the same record.
Released SOP drives the kiosk
Trigger Intelex EHSQ releases a new SOP revision
  1. 1The connector syncs the released revision to Ignite Lean.
  2. 2The kiosk swaps to the new revision on next build start.
  3. 3Operators re-acknowledge the change if retrain-on-bump is enabled.
The floor always runs the current revision without re-printing.
